Embarking on a renovation project is an exhilarating yet overwhelming endeavor. Julian and I were filled with a mix of excitement and anticipation as we eagerly started tearing out the old carpet immediately after closing on our new inn. We couldn't wait to reveal our vision to our children and extended family. However, our kids were less than impressed with our recent acquisition. I still remember Sofia's tears as she questioned why we chose this place. It was a significant purchase, one that even left some of our family members slightly startled. Nonetheless, reflecting on those early days, we're amazed at how much progress we've made since then.

Nestled on four acres of breathtaking flat land in the heart of West Dover, our inn boasts a perfect location, granting easy access to everything this charming town has to offer. As we dived headfirst into the project, within just three months, we managed to renovate half of the inn, allowing us to open our doors for three incredible months of ski season. The feedback from our guests was nothing short of incredible, providing us with a glimpse of the potential our inn held.

In April, we made the decision to temporarily close the inn to complete the remaining renovations. With each passing day, we grow more excited about the prospect of sharing our transformed inn with our cherished guests. The countdown has begun, and we are thrilled to announce that we are scheduled to reopen on June 30th, welcoming guests to experience the culmination of our hard work and dedication.
